The use of the above terms or any other words in the singular or plural form (and/or, he/she) are taken to refer to the same term 

User access and use of the Website are subject to the terms and conditions set out below, in addition to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By accessing the Website, user agrees to these terms and conditions, whether user is a registered user or not. By accessing, browsing, and using the Website, user agrees, without limitation or condition, to the terms and conditions of use contained in this document.

User is agreeing to visit and use the Website only for authorized purposes and is entirely responsible for being aware of and complying with all laws, regulations, terms, and conditions relating to your use of the Website. By accessing the Website, the user agrees to refrain from:

For knowledge, we use the information collected from the stakeholders. We constantly update our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to stakeholders. The NELC or whoever it authorizes will ask the competent authorities to investigate any crimes related to computer systems and data, and infringe on the privacy of stakeholders' data, prosecute those who are responsible, and take appropriate actions against them and oblige them to compensate for any damages resulting from that.

Some website services are only available to registered stakeholders and/or the stakeholders are allowed to request support or services electronically by entering personal information. You agree that any information provided to us through these services is complete and accurate, also that you will not sign up, attempt to visit the Website under the name of another stakeholder.

Without prejudice to the Privacy Policy, all stakeholders' data and electronic documents are considered confidential. Stakeholders are requested to keep a copy.

Content Licensing

Agreeing to these terms and conditions does not necessarily mean licensing the learning content; obtaining a Program License from the NELC is mandated before starting to teach and use the developed learning content. It is also prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit content to the public, create derivative works, use, or share content without the prior NELC approval, based on the Licensing Regulation issued by the decision of the NELC Board of Directors.

The NELC reserves the right to change these terms from time to time as it deems appropriate. Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any modification to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that those changes have been made on our website. If there are any changes in how stakeholders' personal information from our website is used, we will notify those stakeholders via the website.
