Brought to you by Arm, this course covers all the non-technological elements of Project-Based Learning. This includes soft skills such as gracious professionalism, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
Learn how to become an effective advocate of PBL amongst your peers, and effectively share the benefits with school leadership and parents. You will also learn about common ways of embedding PBL in the formal curriculum and how to utilise available resources to enhance your lessons.

Robert Leeman
Rob is the Education Solutions Manager in the Arm School Program, with a background Computer Science teaching, assessment and curriculum development. He seeks to empower all learners with the opportunity to develop the interest, knowledge and skills that enable a lifetime of engagement in STEM and promote the effective application of technology to K-12 teaching & learning.
Dr John Woollard
Dr John Woollard is the teaching fellow for information technology and computer science education at Southampton Education School, University of Southampton. Following a teaching career starting in 1974, John has had a variety of positions as a Special Needs Coordinator, consultant, advisor, writer and inspector. He has taught computing from early years through to postgraduate level. John is an active member of Computing At School.
Gareth Edgell
Gareth Edgell is Head of Computer Science at a leading UK independent school. Following a career working in new media he entered the field of education over 10 years ago. Gareth introduced Computer Science into the school and has seen the subject grow year on year which has been aided by the use of PBL. He has been involved in qualification development for a number of Examination Boards, both in the UK and International and has developed a wide range of assessment materials. Gareth has marked and moderated coursework and scripts for both GCSE and A Level qualifications.
