Data Analyst

Rav Ahuja is a Global Program Director at IBM. He leads growth strategy, curriculum creation, and partner programs for the IBM Skills Network. Rav co-founded Cognitive Class, an IBM led initiative to democratize skills for in demand technologies. He is based out of the IBM Canada Lab in Toronto and specializes in instructional solutions for AI, Data Science, and Cloud. Rav presents at events worldwide and has authored numerous papers, articles, books and courses on subjects in managing and analyzing data. Rav holds B. Eng. from McGill University and MBA from University of Western Ontario.

Sandip Saha Joy is currently working as a Cognitive Data Scientist for IBM. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science with Specialization in Computing Science at the University of Alberta, Canada. Before joining IBM, Sandip worked as a Teaching Assistant as well as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Department of Computing Science, University of Alberta. His areas of focus are Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistical Modeling, Computer Vision and Digital Image Processing. As a Cognitive Data Scientist at IBM, he is learning and applying Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. He is helping to develop data-driven applications by building data science pipelines, deploying machine learning and deep learning models, and exploring new frameworks. Sandip always stays curious to learn new technologies and loves to share his expertise.

Steve Ryan is based in the UK and works for Skill-Up Technologies as a Senior Instructional Designer and Content Developer. His background is in IT, and had been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1997 and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1998, specializing in server and desktop operating systems, TCP/IP networks, SharePoint Server, and cloud technologies.

For the past 19 years Steve has been a Content Developer and Instructional Designer and has been involved in a large number of projects developing classroom and online learning content in multiple delivery formats for major firms both in the UK and in the USA.

Azim Hirjani is a Data Scientist Intern at IBM and is pursuing a BS in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. He creates content for various IBM Data Science courses on platforms such as Coursera and Edx. He has worked as a Data Wrangler at Equifax, utilizing Big Data technologies and has interests in Reinforcement Learning and Real Estate.

Saishruthi Swaminathan is a data scientist and developer advocate in the IBM CODAIT team whose main focus is to democratize data and AI through open source technologies. She has a Masters in Electrical Engineering specializing in Data Science and a Bachelor degree in Electronics and Instrumentation. Her passion is to dive deep into the ocean of data, extract insights, and use AI for social good. Previously, she was working as a Software Developer. On a mission to spread the knowledge and experience, she acquired in her learning process. She also leads the education for rural children initiative and organizing meetups focussing on women empowerment.

Ramesh Sannareddy holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems (Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani). He has two and a half decades of experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Management, Database Administration, Information Integration and Automation. He worked for companies like Intergraph, Genpact, HCL, and Microsoft. Currently, he is a freelancer and pursues his passion for teaching. He teaches Data Science, Machine Learning, Programming and Databases.
